Any student nominated by an educator can become a USAA member completing the Student Biography Form.
The USAA accepts all nominations by qualified educators and sends each nomonee an official Student Biography Form. The student must complete and return the form to the academy. The parent or guardian must sign the Student Biography Form to approve the student's membership.
Only teachers, coaches, administrative staff, and community leaders who receive an invitation from the United States Achievement Scholarship Foundation are authorized to nominate worthy students.
